The Unit designed to work in high temperature applications and to accommodate Flat and Round bottom flaks

• Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 200°C
• Temperature control Accuracy ± 1°C.
• Double Walled construction.
• Inner working chamber made of Stainless Steel SS 304 grade
• Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface (or) Stainless steel.
• In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient glasswool insulation Provided to minimize the loss of temperature.
• Heating by the aid of quality oil immersion heater Fitted from the top with sufficient cold zone to avoid accidental Heating due to  low liquid level.
• Temperature is controlled by mp based Digital Temperature controller With pt 100 sensor.
• Control panel consists of Temperature controller, MCB mains switch, Indicators for Mains and Heater operation.
• Stainless steel tray will also be provided to protect the heater and keep the container.
• Power supply 220-230 Volts AC single phase.
• Accessories included : Teflon Paddle for Stirring 1no.
