INCUBATOR SHAKER
Table top /Floor model
- Double walled construction.
- Inner chamber made of Stainless steel SS 304 and outer Chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
- In between two walls sufficient PUF insulation to minimize the loss of temperature.
- Main door provided with glass window to view the samples kept inside and locking facility.
Temperature:
- Temperature range
- 5°C above ambient to 60°C / 10°C to 50°C
- Temperature control Accuracy +/- 0.5 °C
- Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based
- Proportional Digital temperature Indicator cum controller with pt 100 sensor.
Cool & Heat control
- Below ambient temperature is attained by refrigeration system
- Consists of hermetically sealed compressor ‘Emerson’, Condenser Fan motor, tubing etc.,
- Heating by the aid of U shape air heater made of Stainless steel.
- Heater will be regulated and controlled by PID type controller, which ensures to maintain the temperature within the accuracy.
Air Circulation
- Two nos of Axial Fans fitted inside for forced air circulation which ensures the Uniformity of temperature throughout the chamber.
Illumination:
- By the aid of fluorescent lamps fitted at top side of the Inner working chamber.
Shaking Mechanism
- Shaking platform fixed at the inner bottom side with counter balanced drive mechanism with PMDC Motor , which ensures smooth rotation. and top tray fixed with lotus clamps to hold the Conical flask.
Control panel
- Consists the following.
- Microprocessor based Proportional Digital Temperature indicator cum
- Controller with built in Visual alarm maintains the set temperature within the accuracy and it shows the Set Value and Process value in display.
Digital Timer (ON time) (0-9999 minutes)
- The required time can be set and it maintains the equipment when the set time elapses, the unit will be shut down automatically.
Rpm indicator & regulator
- The speed of shaking platform can be regulated through regulator and rpm speed will be in digital display.
