Double walled construction.

Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel SS 304 grade

Outer chamber made of Mild Steel duly powder coated surface.

The complete system shall be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame

Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based Digital Temperature

Indicator cum controller with pt 100 sensor.

Refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed compressor

‘Emerson’ make using CFC free gas, Condenser, Air cooled by a

motor driven fan and evaporator which brings down the temperature.

All the joints of the system are specially treated to prevent refrigeration loss.

The cooling of this system (copper tubing duly TIN plated) shall be evenly

placed inside the inner chamber of the temperature bath.

High efficiency Circulation pump will be provided for external circulation.

Caster wheels for ease of mobility.
