• Safe working temperature up to 1100°C (incase continuous operation)

• Outer chamber of unit made of heavy gauge Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
• Inner Hot chamber made of Sillimanite Muffle, wounded around Imported Kanthal ‘A’ Heating Element in the form of coil.
• The gap between Outer and Inner chamber is well insulated with a thick layer of high density.
• Ceramic fiber blanket insulation, to minimize the loss of temperature.
• The terminal connection will be provided rear side of the unit well covered.
• Temperature is controlled by mP based Digital Temperature controller with Chromel/Alumel Thermocouple.
• Control panel consists of MCB Mains switch, Temperature controller, Energy regulator,
• Indicator for Mains and Heater operation.
• The unit will be supplied with Power chord 2 mtr, Industrial plug.
• Power supply 220-230 Volts AC single phase
• Accessories included : Laboratory SS tong , Heat resistant gloves 1 pair
