HOT & COLD LIQUID BATH
The Unit is designed for external circulation of Oil with High and Low Temperature to your Reactor/Vessel.
Construction:
Double Walled construction.
Inner chamber made of heavy gauge Stainless steel SS 304 grade.
Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient insulation provided to minimize the loss of temperature.
The complete Unit will be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame with
Caster wheels for ease of movement.
Hot Oil Chamber:
Temperature Range 5°C above ambient to 200°C
Accuracy ± 1°C (without circulation)
Cold Oil Chamber:
Temperature Range 5°C to Ambient
Accuracy ± 1°C
Temperature is controlled by mP based Digital Temperature controller with Pt 100 Sensor provided for Hot and Cold Chamber individually.
Motorized Stirring Assembly fitted for smooth agitation and also to ensure the uniformity of temperature throughout the chamber.
Heating by the aid of ISI quality Oil immersion heater with sufficient cold zone
fitted from the top, ensure efficient heating and avoid accidental heating due to insufficient oil level.
External circulation by the aid of Gear Pumps provided for Hot & Cold oil individually.
Refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed “Emerson” compressor, Condenser Fan Motor, Drier, Capillary tubing etc.
Cooling Evaporator evenly placed inside the bath to bring down the temperature effectively.
Low Liquid level switch also be provided to protect the unit from accidental heating.
Necessary Ball valves (manually operated) for Hot and Cold Oil circulation.
Size of the unit may be designed and supplied as per customer’s requirement.
