HOT & COLD CHAMBER

Hot & Cold chamber is a space saving equipment, in which the Hot & cold

Temperature can be maintained, but in different chambers.

Double walled construction

Inner working chambers made of Stainless Steel and

Outer chambers made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.

In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient insulation provided to minimize

the loss of temperature

Stainless Steel Removable Trays along with adjustable ribs will be provided

to adjust the height of trays as per your convenience.

Air Circulation provided for both Hot & Cold chambers ensure the

Uniformity of temperature throughout the chamber.

HOT CHAMBER   (Top)

Temperature Range  5°C above ambient to 200°C

Temperature control Accuracy ± 1°C even better.

Temperature is controlled by mP based Digital Temperature controller with

Pt 100 sensor.

COLD CHAMBER (Bottom)

Temperature Range  5°C to 50°C

Temperature control Accuracy ± 0.5°C.

Temperature is controlled by mP based Digital Temperature controller with

Pt 100 sensor.

Specially designed Evaporator fitted Inner rear side of the unit for

Efficient cooling.

Refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed compressor ‘Emerson’

Condenser Fan, Drier and tubing etc.

Refrigerant used : 134a.

The complete unit will be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame.
