  • Inner Chamber made of Mild Steel/ Stainless Steel SS 304 Grade (Non Magnetic/Non corrosive)
  • Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
  • In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient insulation provided to minimize the loss of Temperature.
  • Inner chamber fabricated with ribs for adjusting shelves to convenient height.
  • Stainless Steel Removable type perforated trays will be supplied along with the unit.
  • Main Door fitted with glass window to view the samples kept inside also with Ball & latch type lock.
  • Ventilation provided at the top with adjustable chimney.

Temperature & Control:

• Temperature Range 5°C above ambient to 400°C
• Safe recommended working Temperature 375°C (for continuous operation)
• Motorized blower fitted for forced air circulation ensure temperature Uniformity throughout the chamber.
• Temperature control accuracy ± 0.5°C
• Temperature is controlled mP based Digital Temperature controller With pt 100 sensor having Displays for SET and PROCESS value.
• Control panel consists of MAINS switch, Temperature controller, Indicators for Mains and Heater operation, Temperature overshoot.
• Power supply 220-230 Volts AC Single phase power supply.
• The Unit provided with Plug and chord Indian standard.
