CLOUD & POUR POINT APPARATUS

  • Cloud & pour point are designed to find out the of the lowest temperature of utility for petroleum products.
  • The sample is periodically to be tested, while it is being cooled in the cloud & pour point apparatus.
  • Cloud point is the highest temperature , at haziness of test sample is observed
  • Pour Point is the lowest temperature at movement of test of sample is observed.
  • Double walled construction.
  • Inner working chamber made of Stainless Steel SS 304 grade and
  • Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
  • In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient PUF insulation provided to minimize the Heat infiltration.
  • Motorized Stirrer Assembly fitted at the top for smooth agitation and also to ensure Uniformity of temperature and efficient cooling.
  • Available in Three, Four and Five Test chambers.
  • Individual Refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed compressor “Emerson’, Single/Cascade system, Eco friendly refrigerant.
  • Individual mP based Digital Temperature controller with pt 100 sensors
  • Individual digital temperature control system.
  • Each compartment is designed to accommodate from Single up to four test jars at a time. as per customer request.
  • Temperature Range : 0°C, -17°C, -34°C, -51°C and -71°C.
  • The complete unit will be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame fitted with caster wheels for ease of movement.
  • Power supply: 230 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.
