Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel SS 304 Grade (Non Magnetic/Non corrosive)
Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface/ Stainless steel.
In between Inner and Outer walls sufficient insulation provided to minimize the loss of Temperature.
Inner chamber fabricated with ribs for adjusting shelves to convenient height.
Stainless Steel Removable type perforated trays will be supplied along with the unit.
Main Door fitted with glass window to view the samples kept inside also with Ball & latch type lock.
Ventilation provided at the top with adjustable chimney.
Temperature & Control:
Temperature Range 5°C above ambient to 60°C.
Temperature control accuracy ± 0.5°C
Temperature is controlled mP based Digital Temperature controller With pt 100 sensor having Displays for SET and PROCESS value.
Audio/Visual Alarm provided for temperature overshoot.
Control panel consists of MAINS switch, Temperature controller, Indicators for Mains and Heater operation, Temperature overshoot.
Power supply 220-230 Volts AC Single phase power supply.
The Unit provided with Plug and chord Indian standard.
