TRAY DRIER
Applications: In Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Dyestuff, Engineering, Sugar, Oil Mills, And Plastic Industries etc.
Construction:
Double walled construction with rigid framework and heavily insulated with Glass wool. Fresh air inlet and suitably exhaust will be provided.
The interior will be Mild Steel sheet finished with heat resistant aluminum paint or Stainless Steel sheet and outside with Hammer tone and Black Borders.
Heating Elements: Heating is accomplished by totally enclosed strip Heaters made out of imported BDH 80 / 20 Nichrome wire provided on the sides of the inner chamber to obtain maximum temperature.
Air Circulation: In order to obtain uniform temperature, specially designed air circulation fans are fitted on the side of the unit. The designs of the fans are such that the unit will suck the hot air to pass over the trays and throw it on the sides where they will be reheated and reticulated to continue the cycle. A part of the air is come out to throw out the moisture.

Control: The fan motor is controlled by a starter and the working of the fan indicated by a pilot lamp. The temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a Digital Temperature Indicating Controller for automatic Temperature control. An indicating pilot lamp is also providing to signal of the drier. The heater circuit will be interlocked with the circulation fan so that the heaters are not energized without the circulation fan being ON, which in turn will protect the heaters.
Size of Trays will be 32″ x 16″ 11/4″ Material of construction may be Mild Steel or stainless steel. Wire mesh trays of size 32″ x 16″ x 1″ can also be supplied. Trays could be supplied at the extra cost noted under accessories.
Suitable Trolley can be supplied at extra cost. No trolley is required for the tray drier of 12 and 24 test Models. For 48 Nos. Model 1 trolley is needed, for 96 Nos. Model 2 Nos. Trolleys required.
