HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE
The maximum temperature of the Furnace is 1400oC, but the recommended maximum working temperature should not exceed 1300oC.
The outer chamber of the Furnace is made of thick gauge of Mild steel sheets with reinforced angle frame construction.
The inner chamber of the Furnace is standing temperature up to 1300oC.
The gap between the outer and the inner chamber is insulated with a thick layer of High density ceramic Zirconia fiber wool insulation.
The Furnace has a well insulated Flap Door with a spy hole for viewing the inner chamber without opening the Door.
The heating is by means of imported Silicon Carbide Heating Rods fixed by M type clamps on end of the Heating Rods, provided in a separate chamber at the two vertical sides of the outer chamber.
A safety protection thermal fuse is provided to prevent the Heating Rods from accidental heating.
The Terminal connections of the Furnace are provided in 2 separate chambers neatly brought out in a compact junction box.
The control panel consists of a Microprocessor based imported programmable PID Digital Temperature Indicating controller with Thyristor control device, a pt/pt-13% Rh thermocouple for automatic temperature control, a single pole MCB, an Ammeter and a Voltmeter, indicating lamps and two meters of 3 core cable .
Power supply 220-230 Volts AC single phase / 440 Volts AC Thee phase 50Hz.
